WONDERSCHOOL CANBERRA

Wonderschool is now open in Throsby in Canberra’s North. Our centre in Conder in Canberra’s South is due to open in February 2020.

We look forward to welcoming children aged 6 weeks – 5 years and their families seeking an exceptional learning environment with contemporary approaches to early childhood education.  At Wonderschool, we do much more than just provide childcare in Canberra.  At Wonderschool your children will discover, learn and play in a brand-new purpose-built early learning centre, with light-filled rooms, large open classrooms, and an expansive outdoor play area waiting to be discovered by little hands and big minds.

You can book a tour of Throsby and Conder or get in touch with one of our wonderful team today and discuss your families early learning needs.

Wonderschool. Wonderful.

Wonderschool offers your child enriching, caring and nurturing childcare services, professional Educators and a stimulating environment to encourage a sense of wonder, curiosity and intrigue.

We know your child is the most important child in the world, so we put the focus on them. We help shape wonderfully independent children who are capable and resilient.

Wonderschool promotes moments of learning, connection and most importantly, relationships – the relationships your child has with their family, our Educators, their peers and their environment.

Your child’s experience starts here

Wonderschool provides educational care for children from 0-6 years of age. Our learning curriculum is structurally designed around our national framework – The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (EYLF) 2009.

We aim for a seamless transition to school for your child, building connections with local schools and focusing on your child’s emotional and social development in addition to learning outcomes.

We provide a supportive environment which is inclusive regardless of your social, cultural or ethnic background. We focus on valuable moments with families and share the joy of their children’s achievements and learning.

We believe in equity, diversity and inclusion and ensure these principles are carried through our everyday work with children and our communities.

Acknowledgement of Country

Wonderschool is committed to educating children about our Aboriginal history and acknowledging the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people as the first custodians of the land on which we are situated. We aim to share their stories, traditions and cultures with our children and Educators. This land always was, and always will be Aboriginal land.

Commitment to Anti-Bias

At Wonderschool Early Learning Centres, we have a commitment to social justice. We respect the uniqueness of all members of our community, their values, and diverse abilities. We always act with integrity to empower everyone to reach their full potential, so that they can experience fully the wonder of being.
