Current vacancies
Trainee
Traineeships combine training and employment to earn a nationally recognised qualification. You get paid to learn. Traineeships suit school leavers, people changing careers, upskilling or re-entering the workforce.
Certificate III educators
Certificate III educators, also called Assistant Educators or Team Members, have completed their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. You'll work with your team and a Diploma-qualified or Early Childhood Teacher team leader to support children's learning, development, safety and sense of wonder.
Diploma educators
Diploma educators have completed their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. With a Diploma, you can become a Team Leader, leading a team of educators and children, or choose to work as a Diploma-qualified assisting educator.
Education and care services must ensure 50% of all educators hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Early Childhood Teacher
Early Childhood Teachers hold a university degree in early childhood teaching. Ideally, this is a 4-year degree specialising in early childhood (birth to five years).
Early Childhood Teachers lead teams of educators and drive children's learning, development and sense of wonder.
Cook/Chef
Wonderschool Cooks are committed to providing delicious and healthy meals to the children in our care. You'll have a strong understanding of the Australian Dietary Guidelines and share your knowledge and love of food with children. You'll also manage food allergies, intolerances and cultural preferences.
Ideally, you'll have completed Food Safety Supervisor training.
