We have had a truly wonderful experience at Wonderschool Throsby. From the very beginning, Carmen went above and beyond to help us enroll our daughter and navigate all of the admin while we were still posted overseas. Because we had been living abroad without access to formal childcare, our child was very used to being at home with family, and I worried about how she might transition back into daycare. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and intentional in making it a fun and positive experience for her. Even on those inevitable mornings when drop-off was harder and our daughter was feeling clingy, she was always treated with kindness and empathy. I felt supported as a parent, and it gave me great peace of mind to know she was in such caring hands. By pick-up time she was always happy, excited, and full of stories about her day. The family-like environment has been central to our child’s growth in confidence and has made her transition to “big school” smooth and positive.
